We have had this for two months and done chicken wings using the air fryer and also a whole chicken. The smoke is so bad it set off the smoke detectors. And we cooked accordingly to the Instructions we did the self cleaning twice before using the air fryer we are so disappointed in this stove I wish I can get my money back.

I have hade the LG Thinq for approx. 14mths and have hade to have it repaired already Several wires had burned inside the back of the stove. Also I have tried to use the Thinq application with no luck the app. Is a joke: I am beginning to regret my purchase as well

I just received my stove which is absolutely beautiful when I purchased it I asked the sales person to order me the air fry tray also. Guess what didnt get the tray and its out of stock Why have this wonderful feature in this beautiful stove and you cant even add it to the stove after paying a tremendous price for the appliance

I bought my LG with ThinQ for our new house but had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Since then Ive found that I like the convection oven feature but the jury is still out regarding air frying in the oven. I believe that broiler pans and air fryer pans should be included with the purchase of these stoves. I would cheerfully exchange the ThinQ feature which I do not care to use for those pans.
Like any stove it cooks well on top and bakes just fine. The oven capacity is good and I can bake multiple sheets of cookies at once. I have not yet tried the self-cleaning feature of the oven as I have been using a catch pan for drips in an effort to avoid cleaning for as long as possible.
Overall I feel this is a decent stove for the utilitarian way I use it.

We placed our order in July for three LG appliances. We just received two of the three two weeks ago. I was very disappointed to find out that my new air oven didnt come with the tray needed to use the air fryer That was one of the main reasons for my picking this model

Loved that the stove had the air fryer option but why not include the air fryer tray with the purchase of the stove. Not happy it wasnt included.

Ive been cooking and baking for two weeks. The griddle in the center of the range is marvelous my husband uses it more than I do. Although when I knock on the oven to turn the light on and off the dog barks and runs for the door. Lol The oven automatically sets the convention oven to the correct temperature for me. Love the thin app. Clock is easy to set as well as the oven timer. Alexia is getting a well deserved rest. The express heat brings water to boil so fast...even when Im watching it...lol.

Bought a new LG stove with air fry option for oven. Air fry tray has to bought separate and not available in store Go to order it on LG website and after you purchase it you still have to use another product to catch the drippings. I bought another product while I decide if this purchase is necessary and the air fry option does not even work as it should. I should have purchased a different brand all together. I should have read reviews before buying hopefully this will help someone else make a better purchase than I did

Like everyone else on here we bought this oven because it had the air fry feature. Come to find out it comes with no tray. Needs to be purchased for a additional cost. What a bummer you pay extra for a feature you cant even use because 1 I dont want to dish out more money and two even if I did everywhere odd out of stock

Wow. Cant believe the air fry tray doesnt come with the oven. Shameful that I have to buy it as an accessory. When I went online to purchase it I was offered a 0 discount if I signed up for promotional text messages. Well the sales messages are coming but my discount is nowhere in sight. And cant get through to you on the phone. Terrible customer service

This range looks great but they couldnt include the air fryer tray at the current price? It is ridiculous to have a feature and then make the customer have to buy something else just to be able to use said feature. Good job LG you made sure I wont buy your products again

This is a range with air fry features so why isnt this tray included? It has a griddle burner and comes with a griddle. Makes no sense poor choice to me LG.
