i am so disappointed that there is no air fryer tray! one of the reasons for purchasing this stove was to eliminate my air fryer! very disappointed. definitely changes my positive view of samsung products.

i paid quite a bit for this stove. since the airfry feature is part of the stove, why wouldn't this tray be included?? if i order it today, it is going to take 2 solid months to get it.
do i really need that tray to use that airfry feature?

very disappointed in the fact that the air fry tray is not included seems impossible to find anywhere! along with there were no instructions included needed to be downloaded and printed seriously not everyone can do this! will never buy another samsung appliance.

We bought the required air fryer rack for our new Samsung gas oven range and it is not worth the $50 - the rack is too small and doesn't even hold 2 dozen wing pieces and no instructions are to be found how to use the oven air fryer or the rack.

this appliance did not meet my expectations, the quality is that of a low-end-slapped-together-get-it-out-the-door type. the product upon arrival lacked proper packaging materials and did not include the 'air fry' tray as depicted and endorsed by the salesperson.(just another slimy salesperson looking to make his quota) the actual racks inside the oven are of a very low gauge material and flex soo much i would be hesitant to set anything over 8lb on the oven rack. sad disappointed would not recommend to a friend, perhaps i would to someone i do not like. hahha

our new gas range came with a built in air fryer. i found 1 recipe for chicken breasts and they turned out great. i would appreciate it if samsung included an air fryer cookbook with the user's manual, or suggested cookbooks for oven air fryers.

i'm a little confused after my latest purchase of samsung appliance. we recently purchased a new fridge, range/oven, and microwave to replace our ageing appliances. happy so far with all our purchases, but the oven that came with the air fryer mode, did not come with an air fryer rack. i checked the item at the place we bought it and it said "no accessories". now i'm scrambling around to try and find this elusive samsung rack and it isn't to be found anywhere!!!!! not from samsung, not from the company we purchased it through, not on amazon, ebay or market place. why would a company sell a product and advertise a function that you can't use????? please samsung, where can i get an air fryer rack for my ne63a6511sg oven/range. thanks

purchased this range for the air fry feature... i knew it did not have a tray, however, other reviews indicated they purchased it separately from samsung. sorry to say it isn't available from samsung.com or anyone else for that matter.
what is bothersome, other reviews on the range i purchased said it was included as a promo for their review. not cool!!
i love every other feature of the range. but can't use the one i was most interested in... : [

we received our new samsung oven ne63a6511sw today and learned (like many others, as i see here) that an air fryer basket is not included. neither is it available for order. i was told via chat that i will need to find a third-party item. clearly, there are many disappointed customers out there. samsung should do better than this.

disappointed that my new range did not with an air fry tray. and now find i have to purchase one for $50.
also the black griddle tray for the middle burner has a very distinct scratch in the middle for almost whole length of the griddle.
i am disappointed because we purchased a package of samsung: dishwasher microwave and range...find that a key feature of our decision to buy the range is missing a basic functioning component…

i bought my samsung range because it had this great air-fry feature. but guess what?! i can not use this feature because the stove does not come with the air-fry tray. i was given the run around trying to purchase the tray but no one was able to help me. this is very discouraging and had i known about this terrible customer service earlier, i would have bought a different brand.

very disappointed samsung air fry ranges are sold without the air fry tray. this was a key factor in purchasing this range. the stores should advise customers that the air fry tray is not available for purchase. i probably would have chosen a different range.
